Checking Email Settings In Maximo,is it working or not
- Go To Work Order Application, Open any work order record
- Click on Select Action->Create Communication
- It opens a pop up window with blank fields to be fill
- The mail received from Maximo. It confirms the mail server configuration is working fine in Maximo.
Template we can choose any Active template from
Communication Templates accessible from Work order tracking application. If you
select some template, it will auto fill the Subject and Message.
