Solution and Solution Life Cycle
For the solution you have to provide the Symptoms, cause and resolution.
1.Also for
speed up the search you can provide the key words about the solution.
2. Also the end users can provide their comments
about the solution i.e. Solution survey
3. For some
solution we can provide the expiry date also. If the solution is related to a
release,
4.Once you release a higher version then the
solution which is provided for the previous release will expiry, as the higher
version release won’t contain that problem.
5. Higher version release will provide the
solutions for the problems which are in previous release.

Cycle:
DRAFT, ACTIVE, INACTIVE.
