Enable pop up window displays when creating tickets
This shall be enabled for SR and Incident as supported out of box.By default this feature not enable.The below steps to enable.Incident
1. Go to System configuration-->Platform configuration-->System Properties2. Search for the “pminc.incident.usecreatedialog” system property.
3. Changes the Global value as 1 and save.
4. Check the check box for the system property and click on live refresh.

5. Go to System configuration-->Platform configuration-->System Properties6. Search for the “pmsrv.servicerequest.usecreatedialog” system property.
7. Changes the Global value as 1 and save.
8. Check the check box for the system property and click on live refresh.
