Summary and Reported By required on the Popup
1. Go To->System Configuration-> Platform Configuration ->Application Designer.
2. Search
for the SR application and open the work Space.
3. Click
on Edit Dialogue from the Tool bar Menu.
4. Select
“Create New Service Request Dialogue” from the List.
5. Select
Reported By Field and open control properties.
6. Change
Input Mode as “Required”.
7. Select
Summary field and make Input Mode as “Required” from the Control Properties.
8. Click
on save.
