Hide Field in Maximo by using Application Designer?

 Hide Field in Maximo

1. Click on Go To->System Configuration->Platform Configuration->Application Designer.
2. Search for the Application to hide the  Filed.
3. Once open the application in Application Designer, go to Select Action and select Add/Modify Signature Options.
4. At the bottom of the pop-up box click New Row.
5. In the option box, type a name like ’HIDEFIELD’.
6. Un-check the visible check box and then click OK.
7. Now, click on the field to hide.
8. Click on control properties of that filed, go to the signature option and type the name of signature option as ’HIDEFIELD’.
9. Click Save button   on toolbar.
